I am paying $14.99/month for YouTube Music Premium, and see that YouTube Music Premium is being advertised for $10.99/month. I want to pay that amount, I would very much appreciate it if someone could please email, or call me, regarding this.

Trying to make a payment
Company can make it easier to make a payment. I tried to make a payment on the 4th and couldn't get in to make the payment, so my card was empty.
It slipped my mind today. I didn't have the money on the card because I don't keep money on that card for reasons, and then they want to hit my card. There's not enough money on it right now, but I just transferred money to it, and I'm trying to pay you, and it's not letting me in to do anything. You could have a little payment button or something on the YouTube app.
This is ridiculous. I love the fact that I get music streaming with no ads, but I'd like the payment part to be easier.

Account problem
I am just trying to get some info about my account because it says account not allowed or something like that, and I cannot use my account. I would like to use my account.
I would not recommend this app; they do not answer your calls at all. Overall, the service is not great.

I signed up to do without ads on my you tube music but the ads are still there.
I signed up to pay a monthly fee beginning in December to stop ads with one free month to start with. This was a week ago, and I still have ads when trying to listen to my music.
How long does it take for the ads to stop? Thanks!

You get paid regularly every month and your service is 10% trying to get a real person to talk to is impossible
I'm not getting the service I pay for. You have no customer service.
You shouldn't be a company. You really don't.

I need a refund
YouTube Music and YouTube itself are owned by Google. They make billions of dollars each year, but they can't give me a $10.99 refund back.
Make that make sense to me because I'm not understanding it. I don't have a job; you know all the little resources and money that I do have I need to save, but I guess they don't care because it's not happening to them.
